I am truly honored and humbled to have been acknowledged for this award by these three women who have and continue to inspire me.

Here’s how the award works:

3.  Share seven facts about yourself.

  1. I’m Canadian, but live in the US now. I grew up in a small town in northern Alberta, Canada of about 15,000 people, and now live in one of the biggest cities in the US. Life sure is weird.
  2. I’m a Capricorn. I’m not really that into astrology, but I’m always amazed how accurate my horoscopes tend to be.
  3. I love to go camping, hiking and just being out in nature. My husband does not. I think we’ve been camping once since we got married. This is something we definitely need to work on!
  4. My husband and I have been married for 6 years, and on Thursday we will have been together for 9 years. Where did the time go?!
  5. I had a ticket bought and paid for to spend a month in Tokyo in 2003, but had to cancel it due to a medical emergency. I still haven’t gone and it is still at the top of my list of biggest regrets. I will make that trip at some point in my life.
  6. I’m a preemie.
  7. I’m allergic to cats and dogs and have two cats and we will be getting a dog eventually. I just love animals too much so chose to suffer. Luckily it’s not a severe allergy 🙂

I’m feeling really tired and lazy today so I’m going to copy My Perfect Breakdown, and just list the links below rather than post my nomination on each of the blogs and hopefully they will see this 🙂  Also, I really want to nominate more than just the 15 below. A Few Good Eggs, Sweeping up the Broken Pieces, and Hope Anchors the Soul are a just a few of the additional blogs that come to mind, but honestly each and every blog I follow is inspirational to me and deserves this nomination too, so I invite and encourage anyone who is reading this and wants to participate to go for it!

      1. P.s., I didn’t copy My Perfect Breakdown’s list (though I think some of you are on there), I just copied the idea to post my list without also posting on each of your blogs. I’ve had a headache all day and just didn’t have enough energy to post on everyone’s blogs and let them know I nominated them 🙂 I feel so lazy!
